Shipping, returns and refunds

1. Shipping orders

Order is accepted when it has been placed in our web shop and we have received confirmed payment. We will process and ship order at the latest on the following business day after the order has accepted. Orders accepted on business days, are shipped usually same day. When order has been shipped, we will send an confirmation email about shipping. Confirmation email will include tracking information, if available in the selected shipping method. We always try to ship as fast as possible. In there is a delay in shipping we will inform customer by email or phone.

Please note. For orders paid with PayPal, we reserve the right to cancel orders where order shipping address doesn’t match the shipping address in PayPal.

2. Returns and refunds

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lauraslittleboutique.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping your return

For most of European Union we offer free Returns Made Easy service. You request an RMA number for your return and we will send you an prepaid return shipping label.

Follow these easy steps to make a return:

  1. Request an RMA number at our Returns Made Easy page
  2. Pack the item you want to return in a box following instructions you received by email
  3. Print the free return shipping label you received by email
  4. Attach the shipping label to the box
  5. Call your local DHL for a pickup
  6. Add the tracking number to your return request, so that you will get updates on your returns travel
  7. That's it.

Unfortunately due to logistics reasons we are not able to our Returns Made Easy service in Cyprus and some remote areas in Greece, Portugal and Spain. If you live in those areas, you will need to ship the return at your own expense.

You may return your item by your chosen shipping method.

Please inform us about your return, so that we can track it. Send an email to our customer service at customerservice@lauraslittleboutique.com.

When returning items, you need to include the prefilled Return Form in the return shipment with your signature. If the form is missing it may delay your refund. Please do not return anything in a plastic bag.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost incurred to us for your  return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Shipping times and fees per country

Average shipping times per country. Actual shipping time may be faster.
Shipping times are days from shipping. We use DHL Express as our shipping partner, except few countries where DHL can't delivery to consumers. In those countries we use international EMS postal service.
In European Union we also offer affordable GLS Euro Business shipping.
We ship using DHL Express Worldwide service with delivery in the next possible business day globally.
Orders are usually shipped same day, if received on a working day before 1 pm CET.
If order is received after 1 pm CET or a non-working day, it will be shipped the following working day.
Shipping fees:

EU countries

  •     GLS Euro Business shipping, with 2 to 7 business day delivery time, is free for orders over 30 € and 5,90 € for orders under 30 €
  •     DHL Economy Saver shipping, with 2 to 6 business day delivery time, is free for orders over 30 € and 5,90 € for orders under 30 €
  •     DHL Express shipping, with 1 to 2 business day delivery time, is free for orders over 60 € and 8,90 € for orders under 60 €

For areas defined by DHL as Remote and where there would be additional fees, we reserve the right to change shipping method from DHL Express to EMS Express International postal service.
